We offer As-Built Construction Documents services, which include:

  • Initial online consultation to discuss project goals.

  • On-site documentation using laser scanning technology.

  • Delivery of detailed construction documents, including floorplans, elevations, ceiling plans, electrical plans, and HVAC ventilation plans based on what is visible and accessible. If we are not able to scan areas because of obstructions accuracy is extremely compromised and we are not responsible for the omission.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure accurate documentation, you agree to:

  • Provide access to the property at the scheduled time.

  • Ensure all areas to be documented are accessible.

  • Have all doors open, curtains drawn, and lights on during the scan.

  • Be present during the scan to answer any questions our technician may have.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for our services are based on the size of the property and are outlined on our website. Payment is due upon booking the service. We accept all online payment processors.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of [insert amount or percentage].
