The Priority Home Revival Architectural Strategy™

$18,890.00

A Private Pre-Design Engagement

You only get one chance to renovate a house like this.

Before committing hundreds of thousands of dollars to drawings, contractors, and construction, you need clarity about what the house should become.

Most homeowners skip this step.

They hire a contractor too early.

They start drawings too soon.

They make decisions without seeing the full picture.

And halfway through construction they realize something feels wrong.

The layout doesn’t flow.

The addition feels awkward.

The house has lost its character.

The Priority Home Revival Architectural Strategy™ exists to prevent that.

This private architectural engagement helps you make the most important decisions before construction begins so your renovation feels intentional, timeless, and worth the investment.

What This Engagement Does

Instead of rushing into construction drawings, we step back and answer the questions that actually determine whether a renovation succeeds.

What should this house become?

What layout changes would make daily life dramatically better?

What architectural moves will strengthen the house rather than dilute it?

Which ideas will add value and which ones will quietly waste money?

By the end of this process you will understand exactly what your renovation should be.

And just as important, what it should not be.

What You Receive

1. Worth-It or Walk™ Architectural Audit

We begin with a deep evaluation of your house and your renovation goals.

We identify:

• layout frustrations and hidden opportunities

• structural limitations

• architectural strengths worth protecting

• additions that actually make sense for the house

Many homeowners discover during this step that a single smart design move can prevent six-figure renovation mistakes.

2. The Measured House Model

Your home is translated into a simplified digital model so we can explore transformation possibilities.

This allows you to see:

• spatial relationships

• circulation patterns

• addition opportunities

• ceiling heights and room volumes

Instead of guessing what might work, you can evaluate real architectural possibilities.

3. Multiple Design Directions

Rather than presenting one idea, we explore several architectural paths.

These may include:

• interior reconfiguration strategies

• addition concepts

• exterior proportion corrections

• facade improvement ideas

Seeing these options side by side helps you identify the direction that feels most natural for the house.

4. The Revival Floor Plan

Once the strongest direction is clear, we develop a refined conceptual floor plan.

This plan establishes:

• room hierarchy

• circulation flow

• relationships between spaces

• potential additions or expansions

This becomes the architectural foundation of the renovation.

5. The Smart Investment Map

Renovations fail when money is spent in the wrong places.

We identify:

• where investment creates the most impact

• where simplicity saves money

• where homeowners typically overspend

The goal is not just a beautiful house.

The goal is a renovation that is financially intelligent.

6. The Architectural Language

We define the visual direction for the renovation.

This includes guidance on:

• materials

• architectural details

• proportion corrections

• rooflines and exterior elements

This prevents the house from drifting into trend-driven confusion.

7. The MasterPlan Dossier

At the conclusion of the engagement you receive a comprehensive planning document including:

• conceptual floor plans

• design scenarios

• architectural direction

• renovation priorities

• investment strategy

This becomes the strategic roadmap for your renovation.

Bonus: Builder and Design Team Strategy

Most homeowners hire the wrong team too early.

We help you determine:

• when to involve a contractor

• when architectural drawings should begin

• what type of builder or architect the project requires

This protects your project from costly misalignment.

Who This Is For

This engagement is designed for homeowners who:

• own a character-filled home built between 1930 and 1970

• are planning a $200K–$600K renovation

• care deeply about preserving architectural charm

• want clarity before construction begins

Who This Is Not For

This engagement is not designed for:

• speculative house flips

• quick permit drawings

• DIY renovation planning

• projects under $100K.

Investment

The Priority Home Revival Architectural Strategy™

See Above:

Larger homes or complex renovations are priced individually.

Because this engagement requires significant architectural involvement, only 3 to 4 projects are accepted each month.

What Happens Next

If the renovation moves forward, many clients continue into full architectural design services.

The difference is that when drawings begin, the project already has clarity, direction, and architectural confidence.

Which makes the design process faster, smarter, and far more successful.
